Ajax and Whitby together form one of our most active eastern GTA service territories. The housing stock skews newer — large portions of Ajax north, Whitby Rolling Acres, and the Brooklin corridor were built in the last 15 years — which means more oversized feature windows and more multi-storey foyers than in older GTA markets.
The north portions of both cities sit near rural Brooklin and Myrtle farmland — pollen and dust loading on exterior glass is heavier there than inside the urban core. We recommend twice-yearly minimum for properties along Thickson, Taunton, and Brock north of Rossland.
